Sinergi Kemendag dan Bapanas Tinjau PIBC, Mendag Pastikan Pasokan Beras Cukup

Jakarta, September 2023 – Menteri Perdagangan Zulkifli Hasan menegaskan, pasokan
beras untuk masyarakat cukup. Untuk itu, masyarakat tidak perlu khawatir karena Pemerintah telah menugaskan Perum Bulog untuk menjaga stabilitas harga dan pasokan beras. Penegasan ini disampaikan Mendag Zulkifli Hasan usai meninjau Pasar Induk Beras Cipinang (PIBC) bersama Kepala Badan Pangan Nasional (Bapanas) Arief Prasetyo di Jakarta Timur, pada Rabu (13/9). Turut mendampingi Mendag Zulkifli Hasan, Direktur Jenderal Perdagangan Dalam Negeri Isy Karim. “Di beberapa daerah, harga beras sudah mulai stabil, tapi ada beberapa tempat yang mengalami kenaikan. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah melakukan intervensi. Masyarakat tidak usah khawatir, berapa pun permintaan beras di masyarakat, Bulog harus bisa menyediakan,” tegas Mendag Zulkifli Hasan.
Mendag Zulkifli Hasan menyampaikan, stok beras di Perum Bulog pada 12 September 2023 tercatat sebesar 1,50 juta ton dengan rincian stok cadangan beras pemerintah (CBP) sebanyak 1,44 juta ton dan stok untuk komersial sebanyak 55,74 ribu ton. Selain itu, masih akan ada tambahan pengadaan beras untuk memperkuat stok CBP.
“Oleh karena itu, Pemerintah percaya diri, berapa pun permintaan akan digelontorkan ke pasar. Kita lihat dampaknya setelah seminggu, mudah-mudahan sedikit turun. Beras dari Bulog akan sampai kepada masyarakat dengan harga Rp10.900/kg,” jelas Mendag Zulkifli Hasan.
Sementara Arief mengungkapkan, Pemerintah telah menggelontorkan beras ke PIBC sebanyak 1.000—3.000 ton dan akan menggelontorkan kembali setelah pedagang di PIBC mempunyai info detail pasar turunannya. “Kami meminta, masyarakat untuk menginfokan kepada pemerintah jika belum ada beras Bulog program Stabilisasi Pasokan dan Harga Pangan (SPHP) di pasar turunan. Tolong masyarakat memastikan beras SPHP dengan harga di PIBC sebesar Rp10.385/kg dan di pasar turunannya maksimal sebesar Rp10.900/kg,” tutup Arief.
