Sebagai anak Perusahaan PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (PTPN III) yang nantinya akan bergabung ke dalam subholding Supporting Co, PT Perkebunan Nusantara XI (PTPN XI) memilih untuk mengambil langkah inisiatif dalam menghadapi transformasi perusahaan tersebut. Langkah tersebut kemudian dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pemberian pelatihan atau In House Training untuk seluruh karyawan dengan tema Transformasi Mindset, Membangun Wawasan Baru dalam Menghadapi Transformasi Perusahaan selama empat hari sejak Minggu (19/11) hingga Selasa (21/11) di Malang. Inisiatif ini bukan hanya tentang mengubah cara berpikir, tetapi juga membentuk jiwa entrepreneur di kalangan karyawan.

Transformasi mindset atau pola pikir menjadi esensial dalam dunia bisnis yang terus mengalami perkembangan. Hal ini disampaikan oleh Direktur Utama PTPN XI Tulus Panduwidjaja saat pembukaan kegiatan pelatihan. “Ketika perusahaan seperti PTPN XI memahami bahwa keberhasilan bukan hanya tergantung pada keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga pada cara karyawan berpikir, mereka memilih untuk berinvestasi dalam mengubah paradigma”, jelasnya pada Sabtu (18/11).

Hal ini kemudian juga dirasakan oleh Elisabeth Diana sebagai peserta pelatihan sekaligus kepala Sub bagian Personalia PTPN XI.

“Transformasi mindset tidak hanya berfokus pada individu, tetapi juga pada cara kita berinteraksi dengan rekan kerja. Saya merasa keterampilan komunikasi dan kolaborasi saya telah meningkat, memulai inisiatif untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih harmonis.
