Jumat, (01/12/2023), mengumumkan penggabungan 13 (tiga belas) perusahaan di bawah
Holding Perkebunan Nusantara, menjadi dua Sub Holding, yakni PalmCo dan
SupportingCo.
Subholding PalmCo dibentuk melalui penggabungan PT Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) V,
VI dan XIII ke dalam PTPN IV sebagai surviving entity dan pemisahan tidak murni PTPN III
(Persero) ke dalam PTPN IV. Sedangkan Subholding SupportingCo dibentuk melalui
penggabungan PTPN II, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII, dan XIV ke dalam PTPN I.
Pembentukan PalmCo dan SupportingCo merupakan implementasi dari Program Strategis
Nasional (PSN) yang bertujuan untuk mewujudkan kemandirian, khususnya di bidang
ketahanan pangan dan energi.
Integrasi PTPN Group ini juga merupakan bentuk dukungan perusahaan dalam
memperkuat ketahanan ekonomi untuk pertumbuhan yang berkualitas dan berkeadilan
melalui hilirisasi sektor pangan, mengembangkan wilayah untuk mengurangi kesenjangan
dan menjamin pemerataan melalui Peremajaan Sawit Rakyat (PSR). Selain itu, juga
membangun lingkungan hidup, meningkatkan ketahanan bencana, dan perubahan iklim
melalui akselerasi pengembangan energi terbarukan.
PalmCo diharapkan menjadi perusahaan sawit terbesar di dunia dari sisi luas lahan, yaitu
mencapai lebih dari 600 ribu hektare pada 2026, dan akan menjadi pemain utama industri
sawit dunia. Sehingga, PTPN dipercaya mampu berkontribusi meningkatkan produksi CPO
nasional dan minyak goreng dalam negeri. PTPN memperkirakan, produksi minyak
gorengnya akan meningkat dari 460.000 ton/tahun di 2021 menjadi 1,8 juta ton/tahun (4 kali
lipat) di 2026.
Sedangkan, SupportingCo akan menjadi Perusahaan Pengelola Aset Perkebunan Unggul,
yang mencakup kegiatan pemanfaatan aset perkebunan melalui optimalisasi dan divestasi
aset, pengelolaan tanaman perkebunan, diversifikasi usaha lainnya, serta green business
yang mampu memberikan nilai tambah bagi perusahaan.
Wakil Menteri BUMN, Kartika Wirjoatmodjo, dalam arahannya menyampaikan bahwa
merger PTPN Group merupakan salah satu skema yang dijalankan oleh Kementerian BUMN. Salah satu tujuannya, yakni untuk efisiensi dan peningkatan berbagai indikator keuangan serta operasional perseroan.
“Tentunya, setelah pendandatanganan ini akan ada integrasi sistem, HR, operasional,
keuangan, dan sebagainya, yang kita usahakan bisa selesai dalam waktu enam bulan. Dan
setelah itu kita harus kembali fokus ke tugas masing-masing,” ujar Tiko.
Lebih lanjut Tiko menyampaikan bahwa aksi korporasi yang dilakukan PTPN Group adalah
transformasi menyeluruh, termasuk transformasi dari sisi people. Dia menekankan agar ke
depan, para pegawai, khususnya milenial, bisa menjadi pemain yang andal untuk mengelola
perusahaan sawit.
“Jadi saya ingin transformasi dari sisi people-nya benar-benar terlihat. Bagaimana
transformasi ini bisa menjadilkan PalmCo menjadi perusahaan sawit terdepan, bukan
hanya dari on-farmnya, tapi juga off-farm untuk bisa melakukan downstream, value creation,
termasuk renewable energy yang sustainable,” ucap Tiko.
Tiko mengatakan, bahwa tantangan yang kerap muncul dalam merger sebuah perusahaan
adalah terkait integrasi SDM. Namun, hal tersebut tidak menjadi kendala di PTPN Group
karena mendapat dukungan dari serikat pekerja.
“Saya berharap kekompakan ini harus terus dijaga sehingga tidak akan ada gejolak yang
mengganggu kinerja perusahaan, dimana PalmCo akan fokus meningkatkan hilirisasi
produk-produk kelapa sawit. Selanjutnya, untuk bidang energi seperti biogas, biodiesel
sustainable efficient fuel, dan produk lainnya juga akan menjadi perhatian perusahaan,” ujar

Direktur Utama Holding Perkebunan Nusantara PTPN III (Persero) Muhammad Abdul
Ghani, menyampaikan aksi korporasi restrukturisasi pembentukan Subholding PalmCo dan
SupportingCo, menyusul terbentuknya SugarCo pada 2021 lalu, merupakan upaya untuk
terus tumbuh berkembang dan berkontribusi maksimal.
“Integrasi PTPN Group melalui pembentukan PalmCo dan SupportingCo merupakan wujud
nyata strategi korporasi guna menghadapi persaingan global yang semakin ketat. Integrasi
