Tahun 2023 ini, PTPN X menargetkan produksi tebu sejumlah 416.500 Ton dengan angka produktivitas mencapai 85 Ton/Ha. Sedangkan pada rendemen ditargetkan mencapai 7,96%. PTPN X optimis target tersebut tercapai ditunjang dengan beberapa persiapan menjelang Musim Giling Tahun 2023 ini.
“Pada komoditas tebu, kami berfokus pada pengelolaan on farm yang sesuai SOP, mulai dari persiapan lahan, tanam, hingga nantinya proses tebang,” tegas Tuhu Bangun, Direktur PTPN X.
Selain penerapan SOP secara tepat, monitoring dan evaluasi dalam setiap kunjungan lahan juga ditingkatkan. Kunjungan juga diisi dengan diskusi manajemen terkait tantangan yang dihadapi di masing-masing unit, sehingga penyelesaian permasalahan dapat segera dilakukan dan tidak akan menghambat proses produksi.
Tuhu Bangun juga menambahkan bahwa ke depannya, pola kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak akan terus ditingkatkan, sehingga jumlah luasan lahan juga akan semakin bertambah. Penambahan luasan lahan ini tentunya didasari dengan hasil survey dan evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh tim dari PTPN X.
Selain itu, tanggung jawab sosial juga tidak luput dilakukan oleh PTPN X. Penyaluran dana CSR akan dilakukan secara kontinyu dan tepat sasaran, sehingga bermanfaat bagi seluruh stakeholder PTPN X, khususnya di sekitar wilayah kerjanya.
