PTPN X Kebun Tembakau menggelar acara renungan dan tutup musim tanam MT 2023/2024 pada Senin malam, 23/10/2023. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 220 karyawan kebun tembakau serta dihadiri oleh Direktur PTPN X Tuhu Bangun beserta jajaran direksi.
Dalam kesempatan itu Kabag SDM Erna Anastasia menyampaikan, ”Acara pada hari ini diikuti seluruh jajaran kebun tembakau sebanyak 220 peserta . Semoga dapat memberkan mafaat kepada jajaran PTPN X,” tuturnya.
Selanjutnya General Manager Kebun Tembakau Dwi Aprilla Sandy SP dalam sambutannya mengatakan,
“Momentum ini merupakan pertanda berakhirnya musim tanam tahun 2023. Dengan berakhirnya musim tanam di tahun 2023 merupakan hasil kerja bersama tanpa terkecuali“.
Disampaikan kepada direktur realisasi tembakau kering 924 ton / 99% dari target RKAP.
Menurut Sandi dibandingkan tahun 2022 dengan luasan yang sama untuk pencapaian target produksi kering ada kenaikan 129% didukung kondisi cuaca dan kerjasama yang baik seluruh komponen .
” kita tingkatkan sinergi, kinerja dan kerjasama dan membangun harmoni untuk menjadikan bekal seluruh personil kebun tembakau harus berkontribusi dan memberikan yang terbaik ” tuturnya.
Sandi berharap dalam persiapan memasuki musim tanam 2024 Direktur Tuhu Bangun dapat memberikan arahan untuk mengantisipasi hal-hal yang beresiko .
Selanjutnya Direktur Tuhu Bangun berpesan, ” Dengan bisnis tembakau bagaimana mengoptimalkan ,mengejar dan produksi tertinggi dan sejalan dengan menjaga kwalitas tembakau kita pastikan produksi jumlah volume yang didapatkan bisa mencapai optimum pada posisi top great kwalitas terbaik ” tandasnya.
