Tengah, khususnya Kabupaten Puncak, kami juga merasakan sebagai bentuk tali asih,” kata Mendag Zulkifli Hasan. Pada hari yang sama, Mendag Zulkifli Hasan juga melakukan kegiatan bakti sosial di Mimika, Papua Tengah. Bakti sosial ini merupakan bentuk sinergi “Kemendag Peduli” dengan Company Social Responsibility (CSR) PT Freeport Indonesia yang diwujudkan dalam pemberian bantuan barang kebutuhan pokok kepada masyarakat Mimika. Adapun bantuan yang diserahkan yaitu barang kebutuhan pokok sebanyak 5.000 paket. Masing-masing paket terdiri atas 5 kg beras, 1 liter minyak goreng, telur, dan susu.
