Di program ini. peserta dapat memilih empat kategori program sesuai minat dan bakatnya, yaitu Food & Beverage, perdagangan, jasa, dan pertanian. Terdapat lebih dari 30 kelas kewirausahaan yang dapat diikuti peserta, termasuk pelatihan kewirausahaan bidang kuliner, katering, jasa binatu, dan lainnya.
Salah satu keunikan program yang meraih penghargaan “Pelatihan Kewirausahaan dan Finansial kepada Karyawan dan Keluarga Karyawan Terbanyak” dari Museum Rekor Dunia Indonesia (MURI) ini adalah para peserta akan mendapatkan pembinaan secara berkelanjutan. Usaha mereka pun akan dipantau oleh mentor. Peserta pun dapat berkonsultasi terkait tantangan yang mereka alami selama menjalankan usahanya.

Bukan hanya itu, para peserta juga akan bergabung ke dalam komunitas Jejaring Tiga Tangan. Komunitas ini merupakan wadah para peserta Program HOPE. Dengan demikian, mereka dapat saling berjejaring dan berkolaborasi satu sama lain sehingga dapat berkembang bersama-sama.
