KEPALA Bagian Sekper dan TJSL PTPN X, Aris Handoyo mengatakan, selain sebagai bentuk sinergi BUMN, pelatihan ini sekaligus merupakan wujud komitmen PTPN X dan PT ASABRI (Persero) untuk bersama-sama memajukan industri gula nasional. ”Harapannya, melalui pelatihan ini, petani tebu untuk bisa meningkatkan kapasitas sekaligus mendapatkan ilmu budidaya tebu dengan mekanisasi agar lebih cepat dan efesien. Dengan demikian produksi kebun TR akan meningkat,” kata Aris Handoyo saat membuka pelatihan di Hotel Grand Surya Kediri (21-22 Desember 2022).
Materi lainnya yang diberikan adalah mengenai peluang dan potensi bisnis tebu, hingga mekanisasi
Tebang Muat Angkut (TMA). Selain ilmu mengenai budidaya tebu, peserta juga dibekali motivasi dan
ceramah agama oleh Ustadz Wazid Mansyur.
Tidak hanya materi, peserta juga diajak melakukan implementasi mekanisasi tebu secara langsung di
lahan HGU Jengkol. Di sini peserta bisa menyaksikan sekaligus menjajal mekanisasi yang diimplementasikan dalam budidaya tebu.
Kepala Administrasi dan Umum PT ASABRI (Persero) Surabaya Anugrah Mujito Pratama menambahkan, kolaborasi PTPN X dan Asabri adalah bentuk sinergi dan hubungan yang harmonis antara kedua instansi. ”PTPN X mengelola tebu dan tembakau, kami di Asabri mengelola dana pensiunan TNI dan Polri. Walaupun memiliki konsentrasi yang berbeda, namun kami bisa berkolaborasi di program TJSL ini,” kata Anugrah.
Total dana sinergi BUMN dengan PT ASABRI (Persero) sejumlah Rp 10 Miliar ini digunakan untuk program pendanaan UMK (Usaha Mikro Kecil) petani tebu wilayah kerja PTPN X pada masa tanam 2021/2022. Sinergi PTPN X dengan PT ASABRI (Persero) akan terus berkelanjutan ke depannya.
