Jakarta – Perbaikan penyaluran pupuk subsidi dilakukan pemerintah. Pemerintah tengah menyiapkan kebijakan transformasi subsidi pupuk menjadi subsidi langsung ke petani.
Asisten Deputi Prasarana dan Sarana Pangan dan Agribisnis Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian, Ismarini mengatakan kebijakan itu telah memasuki tahap perbaikan Peraturan Menteri Pertanian (Permentan). Selain itu, digitalisasi Kartu Tani untuk memastikan pemerataan penyaluran pupuk secara transparan, utamanya bagi yang benar-benar berhak menerima.
Jika hal itu berjalan, maka petani penerima subsidi langsung pun akan diberi pendampingan intensif untuk penyediaan input produksi seperti benih, bibit, hingga teknik budidaya dan teknologi pertanian melalui pola pemberdayaan petani.
Pihaknya juga mendukung penuh langkah PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur (Pupuk Kaltim) dalam memastikan penyediaan pupuk memadai bagi petani, sekaligus memberikan kemudahan akses pertanian melalui program pendampingan untuk memacu hasil komoditas.
Ia mendorong agar program pendampingan seperti Agrosolution dan Makmur dapat dilaksanakan Pupuk Kaltim dengan lebih luas, agar makin banyak para petani yang bisa dijangkau dalam memacu produktivitas hasil pertanian yang dikelola. Hal ini berkaca kepada manfaat program yang sejauh ini dilaksanakan, hingga mampu meningkatkan hasil pertanian dari berbagai komoditas unggulan daerah.
Menurut Ismarini, program Agrosolution dan Makmur sejalan dengan upaya pemerintah untuk mendorong korporasi pertanian, yang didukung kemudahan pembiayaan dalam mewujudkan kesejahteraan petani. Terlebih dalam upaya mengurangi ketergantungan petani akan pupuk bersubsidi, program pendampingan Agrosolution menjadi jawaban petani untuk terus memacu produktivitas hasil dengan penggunaan pupuk non subsidi.
“Makanya kami harap program Agrosolution ini bisa terus dikembangkan, agar korporasi petani bisa berjalan dan terealisasi dengan baik untuk meningkatkan efisiensi usaha maupun kesejahteraan petani Indonesia,” ujar Ismarini.
