JAKARTA – Untuk pertama kalinya Kamar Dagang dan Industri (Kadin) Provinsi DKI Jakarta memberikan penghargaan Anugerah Lingkungan Hidup Kadin DKI Jakarta 2023.
Penghargaan ini diberikan secara khusus kepada perusahaan yang sangat peduli akan pengelolaan lingkungan di wilayah Provinisi DKI Jakarta. Pemberian penghargaan ini menjadi ajang untuk memotivasi para pelaku usaha di Jakarta agar lebih taat dan peduli dalam mengelola lingkungan.
Ada 5 perusahaan yang pertama kali mendapatkan penghargaan Anugerah Lingkungan Hidup KADIN DKI Jakarta 2023 yakni PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Divisi Bogasari, PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia, dan PT Yamaha Motor Indonesia Manufacturing.
Penghargaan diberikan dalam acara Rapat Pimpinan Provinsi Tahun 2023 DKI Jakarta, Selasa 21 November 2023, di Ballroom Flores Hotel Borobudur, Jakarta Pusat.
Acara dihadiri langsung Ketua Kadin DKI Hj Diana Dewi, Penjabat (Pj) Gubernur DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono, Plh. Ketum Kadin Indonesia Shinta W. Kamdani dan sejumlah perwakilan perusahaan di wilayah DKI Jakarta.
“Penghargaan ini sungguh spesial karena bersamaan dengan momen perayaan 52 tahun berdirinya Bogasari sebagai pabrik tepung terigu pertama di Indonesia, tepatnya tanggal 29 November nanti. Dengan adanya penghargaan ini, menjadi motivasi bagi Bogasari bersama-sama dengan stakeholder lain untuk terus melakukan usaha-usaha yang berkontribusi baik kepada lingkungan,” ucap Yoga Nirmolo, Manajer Energy Management System and Sustainibility Bogasari dalam siaran pers, Kamis (23/11/2023).
Yoga menjelaskan, Bogasari yang memiliki 4 pabrik secara nasional dan salah satunya berlokasi di DKI Jakarta, sudah lama berkomitmen dalam mengelola lingkungan dan energi.
Antara lain pelaksanaan pengendalian pencemaran air limbah proses dan domestik, pengelolaan sampah, pengelolaan limbah B3, penampungan air hujan dengan teknologi rain harvesting, pengelolaan air laut menjadi layak pakai untuk produksi melalui SWRO (sea water reverse osmosis), pembibitan berbagai tanaman termasuk manggrove, penghijauan di pabrik, sumur resapan atau lubang biopori, dan masih banyak lagi.
Berbagai program pengelolaan lingkungan dan energi inilah yang menjadi dasar penilaian dari tim juri. Makanya melalui penghargaan Anugerah Lingkungan Hidup ini, Kadin DKI Jakarta mengajak pelaku usaha di lingkungan DKI Jakarta untuk semakin memberi perhatian besar terhadap lingkungan hidup. Makanya, Kadin DKI Jakarta menargetkan pemberian penghargaan ini akan menjadi program rutin tahunan.
“Program ini diharapkan mampu mendorong pelaku usaha untuk mempraktikkan bisnis berkelanjutan dan memperkuat kolaborasi antara pemerintah, swasta, serta masyarakat dalam mewujudkan lingkungan hidup yang lebih baik,” tegas Ketua Kadin DKI Jakarta, Diana Dewi.
Piala Anugerah Lingkungan Hidup Kadin DKI Jakarta, terinspirasi dari karakter pohon Trembesi yang dikenal sarat manfaat dan memiliki makna yang dalam. Makanya Anugerah Lingkungan Hidup Kadin DKI Jakarta 2023 menjadikan pohon Trembesi sebagai logo, bahkan piala ajang bergengsi ini berbentuk replika pohon trembesi.
Proses penjurian dan penilaian penerima penghargaan ini sangat ketat serta dengan standar yang tinggi atas hasil kerja sama Kadin DKI dengan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup DKI Jakarta. “Saya minta pengusaha-pengusaha yang tergabung di Kadin DKI Jakarta untuk ikut menjaga lingkungan di tempatnya menjalankan usaha,” seru Penjabat (Pj) Gubernur DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono di hadapan para pelaku usaha
