Mendag Zulkifli Hasan menjelaskan, ekonomi Indonesia diproyeksi tumbuh 5,17 persen. Ekspor Indonesia masih surplus, namun terjadi penurunan; meskipun impor Indonesia juga menurun. Hal ini disebabkan pelambatan ekonomi dunia yang diperkirakan tumbuh 3,27 persen. “Pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia bisa mencapai 5,2 persen hingga 5,5 persen. Namun, hal ini tergantung pada peran dan kinerja Perwadag. Saya minta Saudara-saudara untuk bekerja keras habis-habisan, matimatian agar ekspor nonmigas kita tidak turun, bahkan lebih,” ungkap Mendag Zulkifli Hasan. Selain itu, lanjut Mendag Zulkifli Hasan berharap agar para Perwadag dapat melakukan komunikasi dengan baik dengan Uni Eropa. “Perdagangan Indonesia dengan Uni Eropa hanya satu per tiga dibandingkan Vietnam dan Thailand. Namun, banyak masalah yang tidak produktif. Untuk itu, diperlukan komunikasi yang baik dengan Uni Eropa,” urai Mendag Zulkifli Hasan. Mendag Zulkifli Hasan juga mendorong Perwadag dan Duta Besar di Eropa untuk membantu penyelesaian perjanjian Indonesia-European Union Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IEU-CEPA) dan penghapusan kebijakan European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) atau Undang-Undang Anti Deforestasi. “Kinerja Perwadag diharapkan untuk terus mampu meningkatkan ekspor nonmigas. Jadilah duta-duta merah putih yang tangguh dimanapun saudara ditugaskan,” tandas Mendag Zulkfili Hasan. Selain itu, Mendag Zulkifli Hasan berharap kerja keras para Perwadag untuk menyukseskan gelaran Trade Expo Indonesia (TEI) 2023 yang akan berlangsung Oktober mendatang. “Saya berharap Saudara-saudara bekerja keras untuk mengajak buyers sebanyak-banyaknya datang ke tanah air agar TEI tahun ini lebih besar transaksinya,” pungkas Mendag Zulkifli Hasan. Dubes Mayerfas mengatakan, sebagai bentuk dukungan dalam peningkatan ekspor, KBRI di Den Haag akan meresmikan Indonesia House of Amsterdam dalam waktu dekat. “Indonesia House of Amsterdam akan menjadi pusat promosi dagang dan investasi Indonesia untuk Belanda dan kawasan Eropa,” urainya. Selain itu, Dubes Mayerfas mengungkapkan, jaringan diaspora terbesar di dunia ada di Belanda. Dari 1,7 juta diaspora Indonesia di Belanda, hampir 1.000 orang adalah pelaku usaha. Saat ini, terdapat Asosiasi Pengusaha Indonesia di Belanda dengan anggotanya mencapai 600 orang. “Diaspora Indonesia diharapkan dapat mengimpor, memasarkan, sekaligus mendistribusikan produk-produk Indonesia di Belanda dan kawasan Eropa, serta mengambil porsi dari para importir Belanda dan Eropa,” imbuhnya. Sementara itu, Sekretaris Jenderal Kemendag Suhanto menyampaikan, Rakornis ini merupakan Rapat Koordinasi yang pertama kali dilaksanakan pasca-pandemi Covid-19. Rakornis ini juga sebagai sarana konsolidasi Perwadag di Luar Negeri dalam rangka peningkatan kinerja ekspor sebagai respons terhadap perkembangan kinerja perdagangan luar negeri Indonesia. “Saat ini ekspor Indonesia mengalami penurunan walaupun masih tetap surplus. Namun, Kemendag sebagai ujung tombak peningkatan ekspor nonmigas, mengantisipasi lebih dini sehingga mengumpulkan Perwadag di Luar Negeri untuk meningkatkan kinerja ekspor. Melalui Rakornis ini, diharapkan dapat dihasilkan output yang bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan ekspor,” pungkas Suhanto. Pada Rakornis ini dilaksanakan sesi panel diskusi yang membahas antara lain kinerja perdagangan luar negeri dan langkah-langkah yang akan diambil untuk meningkatkan kinerja ekspor, makroekonomi dan prediksi perdagangan, target ekspor serta target perjanjian Perwadag, isu-isu strategis perdagangan, serta fungsi pengawasan Inspektorat Jenderal (Itjen) terhadap Perwadag dan Pembinaan Perwadag Berbasis Manajemen Risiko. Adapun para narasumber yang dihadirkan yaitu Direktur Jenderal Pengembangan Ekspor Nasional Didi Sumedi, Direktur Jenderal Perundingan Perdagangan Internasional Djatmiko Bris Witjaksono, Inspektur Jenderal Kemendag Frida Adiati, serta Direktur Jenderal Perdagangan Luar Negeri yang diwakili oleh Sekretaris Ditjen Perdagangan Luar Negeri Mardyana Listyowati.
