JAKARTA — Festival Jajanan Bango (FJB) 2023 dibuka selama tiga hari, mulai Jumat (27/10/2023) hingga Ahad (29/10/2023) di Plaza Parkir Timur Gelora Bung Karno (GBK), Senayan, Jakarta Pusat. Dia memberikan apresiasi besar kepada PT Unilever Indonesia yang terus mengembangkan dan berinovasi dalam melestarikan keragaman kuliner Indonesia agar dapat dikenal ke seluruh masyarakat Indonesia. “Saya berharap melalui FJB 2023, dapat mendorong semangat para pengusaha kuliner dan masyarakat Indonesia untuk terus mempertahankan warisan kuliner nusantara sehingga Indonesia dapat menjadi tujuan wisata gastronomi dunia,” ujar dia.
Direktur Nutrition PT Unilever Indonesia Amaryllis Esti Wijono mengatakan, ambisinya agar menjadikan Indonesia sebagai tuan rumah kuliner di negeri sendiri di tengah banyaknya kuliner mancanegara yang tersebar. Melalui FJB 2023, dia berharap agar generasi muda lebih mengapresiasi kuliner Nusantara sebagai hal yang harus dilestarikan karena menjadi bagian dari kekayaan Indonesia.
“Kami dengan bangga dapat menghadirkan kembali FJB yang mendapat dukungan penuh dari Kemenparektaf dan Kemenkop UKM,” kata dia.Di FJB tahun ini, ada 100 pelaku UMKM yang berpartisipasi, lebih banyak dibandingkan tahun lalu 90 pelaku UMKM.
