Jakarta, Oktober 2023 – bertempat di Gedung Utama Kejaksaan Agung, Jakarta, Jaksa Agung ST Burhanuddin menerima hasil audit dana pensiun (Dapen) BUMN dari Menteri BUMN Erick Thohir dan Kepala Badan Pengawas Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) Yusuf Ateh. Audit tersebut dilakukan dalam rangka menindaklanjuti komitmen bersih-bersih BUMN antara Kejaksaan Agung dan Kementerian BUMN.
Jaksa Agung menyampaikan bahwa Kejaksaan Agung akan terus mendukung kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh Kementerian BUMN terutama dalam menjalankan proses bersih-bersih BUMN.
Menteri BUMN mengatakan bahwa pihaknya telah mendapatkan temuan 34 dari total 48 Dana Pensiun di Kementerian BUMN berada dalam kondisi tidak sehat. Jumlah tersebut merupakan 70% dari total Dana Pensiun yang ada di kementerian tersebut.
Oleh karena itu, Menteri BUMN menyampaikan kepada Jaksa Agung bahwa terdapat indikasi terhadap penyelewengan dana tersebut. Kemudian, Jaksa Agung dan Menteri BUMN bersepakat untuk menindaklanjuti temuan itu kepada BPKP untuk dilakukan audit terhadap angka atau jumlah kerugiannya.
“Saya mengucapkan terima kasih atas dukungannya terhadap program bersih-bersih BUMN dan mengapresiasi komitmen Jaksa Agung yang selalu menuntaskan oknum-oknum yang merugikan para pensiunan tanpa pandang bulu,” ujar Menteri BUMN.
Saat ini, proses audit sudah dilakukan terhadap 4 Dana Pensiun BUMN yaitu Angkasa Pura I, Perhutani, PTPN, dan ID Food. Dari hasil audit tersebut, ditemukan kerugian kurang lebih senilai Rp314 miliar.
Kemudian, Kepala BPKP melaporkan bahwa audit yang dilakukan BPKP yaitu terkait akuntabilitas, tata kelola dana pensiun, identifikasi hal yang berisiko dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan.
Atas laporan tersebut, Jaksa Agung menyampaikan akan segera mempelajari hasil audit yang telah dilakukan oleh Kementerian BUMN dan BPKP guna dilakukan pendalaman lebih lanjut.
Jaksa Agung menyampaikan kegiatan ini merupakan bentuk sinergi dari kerja sama antara Kejaksaan Agung, Kementerian BUMN dan BPKP dalam mewujudkan kementerian BUMN sebagai Good Corporate Governance.
Kegiatan tersebut turut dihadiri oleh Jaksa Agung Muda Tindak Pidana Khusus Febrie Adriansyah, Direktur Penyidikan Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang Tindak Pidana Khusus Kuntadi, Kepala Pusat Penerangan Hukum Kejaksaan Agung Ketut Sumedana, Wakil Menteri BUMN Kartika Wirjoatmodjo, Sekretaris Menteri BUMN Rabin Hattari, Deputi Hukum dan Perundang-Undangan Kementerian BUMN Robertus, dan Deputi Bidang Investasi BPKP Agustina Arumsari.
