Capres Ganjar Pranowo mendorong para santri yang menggeluti usaha bisnis digital dapat bekerja sama dengan pasar, agar usahanya dapat lebih berkembang.
Melihat kreativitas mereka, Ganjar percaya para santripreneur bisa naik kelas.
“Ketika nanti kita bisa bekerja sama dengan marketplace seperti ini, bekerja sama dengan Shopee, mereka berlatih,” ujarnya saat menghadiri acara Kompetisi Bisnis Digital Santripreneur bertajuk “Dari Pesantren Untuk Pesantren”, di kompleks Ponpes Roudhlotul Mubtadiin, Balekambang, Jepara, baru-baru ini.
Ganjar Pranowo juga merasa bangga melihat kemandirian para santri tersebut.
Dalam kesempatan itu, Ganjar didampingi pengasuh ponpes KH Ma’mun Abdullah menyapa puluhan santri peserta kompetisi yang berasal dari berbagai ponpes di Jawa Tengah.
“Bagus menurut saya. Jadi kalau kita bisa mengembangkan ekonomi, ini kan termasuk kerakyatan, kemudian para santri diajari menjadi wirausaha, ternyata mereka bisa,” kata Ganjar.
Peserta kompetisi tersebut antara lain berasal dari Pemalang, Tegal, Jepara dan Semarang. Jawara dari kompetisi itu adalah santripreneur asal Ponpes di Semarang yang memiliki usaha makanan ringan. Sementara itu, juara kedua diraih oleh Zaza Busana dari Ponpes di Pemalang. Adapun juara ke tiga diraih santripreneur asal Jepara dengan nama usaha Pelangi Boga.
“Harapan saya, mereka tidak akan berhenti di sini, mereka akan naik kelas. Jadi produknya bisa dikurasi, terus kemudian kualitasnya bisa ditingkatkan, kemasan -nya bagus, sampai penempatannya ,” katanya.
Selama inkubasi, lanjut Ganjar, santri juga harus diajarkan tentang manajemen penjualan. Sehingga, mereka akan mudah melakukan pembukuan.
“Harapan kami, mereka tidak hanya bisa memproduksi, tapi juga menjual dan bisa membukukan dengan baik. Sehingga para santri ini punya bekal keterampilan, seandainya nanti mereka sudah selesai,” jelasnya.
Selain itu, kata Ganjar, hal ini juga selaras dengan pemikiran Kiai Ma’mun sebagai pengasuh ponpes. Di masa depan seorang santri tak termasuk menjadi seorang pendakwah atau pengajar, namun bisa menjadi wirausaha bahkan tenaga profesional lainnya.
“Maka, harapannya Pak Kiai tadi ya nggak usah semua jadi kiai, jadi pengusaha juga, jadi TNI, jadi Polri, jadi eksekutif dan saya kira ini cara yang bagus untuk bisa bekerja sama antara pondok pesantren dengan dunia usaha,” tandasnya.
Dalam kesempatan itu, Gus Miftahudin sebagai perwakilan pengelola Ponpes Roudhlotul Mubtadiin berharap acara serupa dapat digelar kembali. Ia meyakini antusiasme santri untuk berwirausaha akan semakin meningkat.
“Harapannya, ke depan gairah berwirausaha bertambah dan kemandirian pesantren semakin baik, sehingga berdampak positif bagi pengembangan kemandirian pesantren. Kita harus berdaya di bidang ilmu pengetahuan, keagamaan maupun ekonomi,” tegasnya.
