KPU Lakukan Rapat Pimpinan Evaluasi Tahapan Pemilu 2024

Bandungan, Desember 2023 – Anggota KPU Yulianto Sudrajat hadir dan memberikan arahan pada Kegiatan Rapat Pimpinan Evaluasi Tahapan Pemilu 2024 Tahun Anggaran 2023 dan Persiapan Pilkada Tahun 2024 di Bandungan, Jawa Tengah, Senin (18/12/2023).

Drajat menyampaikan tiga poin penting kepada seluruh peserta yaitu penguatan kelembagaan dan peningkatan kapasitas SDM, kebijakan dan strategi pengelolaan logistik pemilu, dan terakhir persiapan Pilkada DSerentak tahun 2024.

Drajat juga menyampaikan penyelenggara pemilu (yang terdiri dari KPU, Bawaslu, DKPP) merupakan satu kesatuan fungsi penyelenggaraan pemilu. KPU sebagai lembaga penyelenggara pemilu yang bersifat nasional, tetap, dan mandiri harus menjalankan tugas secara berkesinambungan.

“Pembagian divisi dan pembagian koordinator wilayah bukan merupakan sekat, tetapi untuk efektivitas dan sinergitas kerja sekretaris jenderal KPU, sekretaris KPU provinsi, dan sekretaris KPU kabupaten/kota wajib memberikan fasilitasi dan dukungan teknis dan administrative,” kata Drajat.

Drajat juga menyampaikan KPU memberikan kebijakan umum guna menciptakan SDM penyelenggara pemilu yang loyal, berintegritas, profesional, mental kuat dan solid. Menjadikan lembaga KPU sebagai lembaga yang berkinerja baik, akuntabel dan dipercaya oleh seluruh masyarakat. “Dalam pengelolaan keuangan harus mempertahankan status WTP, menjadikan lembaga KPU sebagai lembaga pelayanan demokrasi yang semakin berkualitas (terutama dalam pelayanan kepada pemilih dan peserta pemilu),” tambah Drajat.

Lebih lanjut Drajat menyampaikan terdapat 6 tantangan pengelolaan logistik yaitu lama waktu pengadaan dan distribusi logistik, terbatasnya gudang penyimpanan logistik, letak geografis, moda transportasi, kondisi alam dan penggunaan teknologi informasi. Drajat mengajak kepada semua peserta untuk mempedomani tata kelola logistik dengan baik. Dana Hibah pilkada di Jawa Tengah 100 persen untuk NPHD.

Pada kesempatan ini juga diberikan penghargaan tata kelola perencanaan anggaran pilkada terbaik kepada tiga kabupaten terbaik yaitu Terbaik Pertama Kabupaten Wonogiri, Terbaik Kedua Kabupaten Demak, dan Terbaik Ketiga Kabupaten Karanganyar. Turut hadir Ketua, Anggota, Sekretaris, dan Kasubag Se-Provinsi Jawa Tengah
