Pamekasan, 19 April 2024 – Menindaklanjuti keluhan warga perihal tegangan drop di Desa Badung Pamekasan, PT PLN (Persero) telah melakukan pekerjaan pemeliharaan pada Jaringan Tegangan Rendah (JTR) yang menyalurkan listrik ke Desa Badung sejak (18/4), sehingga saat ini tegangan listrik di lokasi telah normal kembali.
Pemeliharaan yang dilakukan dengan melakukan penataan kembali kabel-kabeli listrik Sambungan Rumah (SR) dan JTR, sehingga beban yang didistribusikan ke rumah-rumah warga berangsur normal kembali sesuai Tingkat Mutu Pelayanan yang ditetapkan PLN yaitu sebesar 198 – 231 Volt.
Kami menyampaikan permohonan maaf atas ketidaknyamanan yang dirasakan masyarakat, PLN terus berupaya untuk memberikan layanan terbaik dan meningkatkan kualitas serta keandalan pasokan listrik.
PLN juga menghimbau pelanggan untuk memanfaatkan PLN Mobile sebagai sarana laporan gangguan maupun layanan kelistrikan lainnya, atau pelanggan juga dapat mengajukan pengaduan melalui sambungan telepon Contact Center PLN di nomor 123.
