Menag Ajak Jaga Ukhuwah Sikapi Potensi Beda Awal Puasa Serta Ceramah Ramadhan & Lebaran Tidak Bermuatan Politik dalam Surat Edaran Ramadhan

Jakarta, 7 Maret 2024 – Menteri Agama Yaqut Cholil Qoumas menerbitkan edaran penyelenggaraan ibadah Ramadan dan Idulfitri 1445 H. Menag mengimbau umat tetap jaga ukhuwah dan toleransi dalam menyikapi potensi beda awal puasa.

Pemerintah akan menggelar sidang isbat awal Ramadan 1445 H pada 10 Maret 2024. Sidang akan memutuskan apakah puasa Ramadan tahun ini akan dimulai pada 11 atau 12 Maret.

Majelis Tarjih Pengurus Pusat Muhammadiyah sudah menetapkan awal Ramadan bertepatan 11 Maret 2024. Ada juga sebagian jemaah tarekat yang akan mulai puasa pada 10 Maret 2024.

“Umat Islam diimbau untuk tetap menjaga ukhuwah Islamiyah dan toleransi dalam menyikapi potensi perbedaan penetapan 1 Ramadan 1445 Hijriah/2024 Masehi,” sebut Yaqut di Jakarta, Rabu (6/3).

Edaran yang ditandatangani Menag pada 26 Februari 2024 ini ditujukan kepada Kepala Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi, Kepala Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten/Kota, dan Kepala Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan.

Edaran juga disampaikan kepada pimpinan organisasi kemasyarakatan Islam, pengurus Badan Kesejahteraan Masjid, pengurus Majelis Dai Kebangsaan, pengurus dan pengelola masjid/musala, panitia Hari Besar Islam tingkat provinsi dan kabupaten/kota, serta masyarakat muslim di Indonesia.

“Umat Islam agar melaksanakan ibadah Ramadan dan Hari Raya Idulfitri sesuai dengan syariat Islam dan menjunjung tinggi nilai toleransi,” sambung Yaqut.

Menag juga berpesan agar umat Islam dalam syiar Ramadan tetap memedomani Surat Edaran Menteri Agama Nomor 05 Tahun 2022 tentang Pedoman Penggunaan Pengeras Suara di Masjid dan Musala.

Edaran pengeras suara terbit pada 18 Februari 2022. Edaran ini antaran lain mengatur volume pengeras suara diatur sesuai dengan kebutuhan, dan paling besar 100 dB (seratus desibel). Khusus terkait syiar Ramadan, edaran ini mengatur agar penggunaan pengeras suara di bulan Ramadan baik dalam pelaksanaan Salat Tarawih, ceramah/kajian Ramadan, dan tadarrus Al-Qur’an menggunakan Pengeras Suara Dalam. Sementara untuk takbir Idulfitri di masjid/musala dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan Pengeras Suara Luar sampai dengan pukul 22.00 waktu setempat dan dapat dilanjutkan dengan Pengeras Suara Dalam.

Berikut ketentuan lengkap Edaran Menag No SE. 1 tahun 2024 tentang Panduan Penyelenggaraan Ibadah Ramadan dan Hari Raya Idul Fitri Tahun 1445 Hijriah/2024 Masehi:

1. Umat Islam diimbau untuk tetap menjaga ukhuwah islamiyah dan toleransi dalam menyikapi potensi perbedaan penetapan 1 Ramadan 1445 Hijriah/2024 Masehi.

2. Umat Islam melaksanakan ibadah Ramadan dan Hari Raya Idul Fitri sesuai dengan syariat Islam dan menjunjung tinggi nilai toleransi.

3. Umat Islam dianjurkan untuk mengisi dan meningkatkan syiar pada bulan Ramadan dengan tetap mempedomani Surat Edaran Menteri Agama Nomor 05 Tahun 2022 tentang Pedoman Penggunaan Pengeras Suara di Masjid dan Musala.

4. Umat Islam dimbau untuk melaksanakan berbagai kegiatan di masjid, musala, dan tempat lain dalam rangka syiar Ramadan dan menyampaikan pesan-pesan taqwa serta mempererat persaudaraan sesama anak bangsa.

5. Takbiran Idul Fitri dilaksanakan di masjid, musala, dan tempat lain dengan ketentuan mengikuti Surat Edaran Menteri Agama Nomor 05 Tahun 2022 tentang Pedoman Penggunaan Pengeras Suara di Masjid dan Musala.

6. Takbir keliling dilakukan mengikuti ketentuan pemerintah setempat dan aparat keamanan dengan tetap menjaga ketertiban, menjunjung nilai-nilai toleransi, dan menjaga ukhuwah islamiyah.

7. Salat Idul Fitri 1 Syawal 1445 Hijriah/2024 Masehi dapat diadakan di masjid, musala, dan lapangan.

8. Materi ceramah Ramadan dan Khutbah Idul Fitri disampaikan dengan menjunjung tinggi ukhuwah Islamiyah, mengutamakan nilai-nilai toleransi, persatuan dan kesatuan bangsa, serta tidak bermuatan politik praktis sesuai dengan Surat Edaran Menteri Agama Nomor 09 Tahun 2023 tentang Pedoman Ceramah Keagamaan.

9. Mengimbau kepada umat Islam untuk lebih mengoptimalkan zakat, infak, wakaf, dan sedekah di bulan Ramadan dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraan umat.
