Menko Airlangga Apresiasi Dukungan Seluruh Pihak dalam Pengembangan Bisnis dan Pemberdayaan UMKM untuk Naik Kelas

Jakarta, September 2023 – Menjadi pilar penting pembangunan ekonomi Indonesia yang terbukti relisien termasuk di kala pandemi Covid-19, UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah) telah memberikan kontribusi terhadap PDB Indonesia hingga mencapai sebesar 61% atau setara dengan Rp9.580 triliun serta menciptakan lapangan kerja yang mencapai 97% dari total tenaga kerja nasional.

Untuk membantu UMKM dalam meningkatkan kualitas usahanya, Pemerintah telah memberikan dukungan yang kuat seperti melalui Undang-Undang 6 Tahun 2023 tentang Penetapan PERPU Cipta Kerja dan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 7 Tahun 2021 tentang Kemudahan, Pelindungan, dan Pemberdayaan Koperasi dan UMKM.

“Penting untuk diingat bahwa kolaborasi yang kuat antara Pemerintah dan sektor swasta adalah kunci untuk optimalisasi pemberdayaan UMKM,” ujar Menteri Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian Airlangga Hartarto yang hadir secara virtual dalam acara Peluncuran Hasil Survei Litbang Kompas untuk Sampoerna Retail Community (SRC), Rabu (27/09).

Pemerintah juga terus mendorong berbagai program pemberdayaan bagi UMKM seperti kemudahan akses pembiayaan diantaranya melalui Kredit Usaha Rakyat, UMi, Mekaar, LPDB, digitalisasi UMKM, kemitraan UMKM dengan usaha besar, serta perluasan pasar.

Lebih lanjut, hasil survei Litbang Kompas secara umum menunjukkan kontribusi aset SRC di tahun 2022 sebesar Rp236 triliun atau setara dengan 11,36% PDB retail Indonesia.  Dari sisi dampak daya saing, rata-rata omset toko meningkat 42% setelah bergabung menjadi SRC dan setidaknya 90% toko SRC telah mengadopsi digitalisasi melalui ekosistem digital AYO by SRC, dan 77% dari toko di bawah payung SRC mengalami penambahan jenis usaha.

Tidak hanya bagi para pemilik toko, keberadaan SRC juga memberikan manfaat bagi lingkungan sekitar, seperti bagi UMKM di sekitar toko SRC yang memperoleh manfaat dari Pojok Lokal, sebuah rak khusus yang didedikasikan bagi produk UMKM di sekitar toko SRC. Secara nasional, total transaksi di Pojok Lokal mencapai Rp5,65 triliun. Selain itu, SRC berperan dalam membentuk lapangan kerja di mana 51% toko SRC berhasil membuka lapangan pekerjaan baru melalui penambahan karyawan.

“Data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa toko kelontong tradisional adalah bisnis UMKM yang menjanjikan dan terus dapat dikembangkan menjadi toko yang lebih modern, terdigitalisasi, dan berdampak luas,” tutur Menko Airlangga.

Hal tersebut sejalan dengan upaya Pemerintah untuk pengentasan kemiskinan dan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat. Selain itu, SRC juga berkontribusi terhadap digitalisasi UMKM, sistem keuangan yang inklusif, serta mendorong penggunaan pembayaran non tunai.

Menko Airlangga juga mengharapkan hasil survei ini dapat menjadi dorongan kuat bagi dunia usaha untuk membantu kerja sama dengan UMKM, terutama bagi warung dan toko kelontong agar dapat tumbuh dan berkembang menjadi retail modern yang pesat.

“Kami sampaikan apresiasi kepada PT HM Sampoerna serta seluruh pihak atas inisiatif dan dukungannya terhadap kebijakan pemberdayaan UMKM, termasuk kepada seluruh toko-toko yang telah bergabung dalam SRC. Semoga kerja sama ini bisa mendorong kemajuan UMKM di Indonesia dan terlihat mereka yang bergabung SRC, toko-tokonya naik kelas semua,” pungkas Menko Airlangga.
