Mitratani Dua Tujuh Tandatangani MOA dengan Universitas Brawijaya

PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh, anak perusahaan PTPN X melakukan penandatanganan Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) di bidang pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian masyarakat bersama Fakultas Teknologi Pertanian Universitas Brawijaya pada hari Selasa (14/03) bertempat di Gedung Layanan Bersama Fakultas Teknologi Pertanian Malang. Penandatanganan ini tentunya meningkatkan nilai tambah bagi PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh khususnya dan bagi PTPN X pada umumnya.

Kegiatan yang diselenggarakan bersamaan dengan acara Peresmian Center of Excellence for Tubers and Roots oleh Fakultas Teknologi Pertanian Universitas Brawijaya ini dihadiri secara langsung oleh Direktur PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh, Bapak Arif Suhariadi bersama SEVP Business Support, Bapak Sihur Antoni.

Center of Excellence for Tubers and Roots diresmikan sebagai bentuk inovasi dan komitmen bersama antara perguruan tinggi dengan pelaku industri untuk pengembangan teknologi produksi dan pengolahan umbi-umbian dan rimpang-rimpangan serta menjadi jalan akselerasi bagi hasil penelitian yang ada untuk segera dikomersialisasikan.

Seperti yang telah diketahui bersama bahwa salah satu produk ekspor PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh yang merupakan anak perusahaan PTPN X, adalah sweet potato atau ubi jalar. Melalui kerja sama ini diharapkan produksi dan kualitas produk sweet potato atau ubi jalar PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh mengalami peningkatan sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan dan mensejahterakan masyarakat petani yang tergabung dalam program kemitraan. PTPN X senantiasa mendukung seluruh anak perusahaannya untuk terus berinovasi dan meningkatkan kinerjanya. Sehingga seluruh anak perusahaan dapat berkontribusi terhadap perbaikan PTPN X.
