Jakarta – Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Pekanbaru melaksanakan kegiatan pemusnahan Security Paper untuk periode Semester I Tahun 2023, sesuai dengan ketentuan yang terdapat dalam Peraturan Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Negara Nomor 5/KN/2017 tentang Risalah Lelang. Pemusnahan ini merupakan bagian dari proses yang ketat dalam mengelola dan mengamankan dokumen-dokumen penting. Kegiatan pemusnahan ini dilakukan pada Jumat, 6 Oktober 2017, di kantor KPKNL Pekanbaru. Proses pemusnahan Security Paper disaksikan oleh Acep Hadinata, Kepala Bidang Lelang Kantor Wilayah Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Negara (DJKN) Riau, Sumatera Barat, dan Kepulauan Riau.
Pemusnahan 32 Security Paper ini merupakan langkah yang diambil untuk memastikan dokumen-dokumen negara aman dan tidak jatuh ke tangan yang salah, sekaligus memenuhi standar keamanan yang ditetapkan dalam peraturan tersebut. Proses pemusnahan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan mesin shredder yang menghancurkan dokumen hingga tidak dapat dikenali dan kemudian hasil shredder dibakar untuk memastikan kehancuran total.
Acep Hadinata, dalam kesempatan tersebut, mengatakan, “Pemusnahan Security Paper ini merupakan bagian dari langkah-langkah penting dalam menjaga keamanan yang terdapat pada dokumen-dokumen lelang. Ditengah kesibukan para Fungsional Pelelang, normal saja kalau terdapat cukup banyak Security Paper yang terjadi kesalahan percetakan/pengetikan sehingga harus dimusnahkan pada hari ini. Terbitnya security paper pertanda kutipan Risalah Lelang dan itu merupakan tanda lelang laku, semoga ini juga pertanda bahwa target pokok lelang akan mencuat”
