Pencanangan Literasi dan Inklusi Pasar Modal kepada 10.000 Karyawan Industri Perbankan Ramaikan Bursa pada Akhir Pekan Ini dan CMSE 2023

Jakarta, Oktober 2023 – Selama sepekan terdapat pencatatan 2 (dua) obligasi di pasar modal Indonesia. Obligasi Berkelanjutan VII Sarana Multigriya Finansial Tahap II Tahun 2023 resmi dicatatkan di PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada Senin (23/10). Obligasi ini dicatatkan dengan nilai  Rp2.768.800.000.000, dan hasil pemeringkatan dari PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo) adalah idAAA (Triple A). Pada penutupan pekan ini, Jumat (27/10), Obligasi Berkelanjutan VI ASDF Tahap II Tahun 2023 yang diterbitkan oleh PT Astra Sedaya Finance (ASDF) mulai dicatatkan di BEI. Obligasi ini dicatatkan dengan nilai Rp1.000.000.000.000, dan hasil pemeringkatan dari PT Fitch Ratings Indonesia (Fitch) adalah idAAA (Triple A). PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk bertindak sebagai Wali Amanat untuk kedua obligasi tersebut

Total emisi obligasi dan sukuk yang telah tercatat sepanjang tahun 2023 adalah 97 emisi dari 57 emiten senilai Rp108,90 triliun. Dengan pencatatan tersebut, total emisi obligasi dan sukuk yang tercatat di BEI berjumlah 537 emisi dari 127 emiten dengan outstanding Rp459,82 triliun dan USD69,05 juta. Surat Berharga Negara (SBN) tercatat di BEI berjumlah 191 seri dengan nilai nominal Rp5.536,74 triliun dan USD486,11 juta. Efek Beragun Aset (EBA) sebanyak 9 emisi senilai Rp2,94 triliun.

Dalam rangkaian Capital Market Expo dan Summit (CMSE) 2023 yang bertema Aku Investor Saham hari kedua (27/10), dilakukan seremoni pembukaan perdagangan dalam rangka pencanangan literasi dan inklusi pasar modal kepada 10.000 karyawan di industri perbankan. Pencanangan ini merupakan kolaborasi dan sinergi dari industri perbankan yang melibatkan PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk, dan PT Bank DKI Jakarta. Turut hadir pada seremoni ini Kepala Eksekutif Pengawas Perilaku Pelaku Usaha Jasa Keuangan, Edukasi, dan Pelindungan Konsumen Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Friderica Widyasari Dewi, Direktur Utama BEI Iman Rachman, Direktur PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Muhammad Iqbal, Direktur  PT Bank Central Asia Tbk John Kosasih, Direktur Utama PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk Indra Falatehan, Plt. Direktur Utama PT Bank DKI Jakarta Amirul Wicaksono, dan Direktur Pengembangan BEI Jeffrey Hendrik.

Data perdagangan BEI selama periode tanggal 23 sampai dengan 27 September 2023 mengalami perubahan. Kapitalisasi pasar Bursa pekan ini mengalami perubahan 0,84% menjadi Rp10.530 triliun dari Rp10.619 triliun pada pekan sebelumnya. Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) mengalami perubahan 1,32%, menjadi 6.758,793 dari 6.849,168 pada pekan lalu. Rata-rata frekuensi transaksi harian Bursa juga mengalami perubahan, yaitu sebesar 11,31% menjadi 1.192.431 kali transaksi dari 1.344.504 kali transaksi pada pekan yang lalu. Rata-rata nilai transaksi harian Bursa pekan ini mengalami perubahan sebesar 23,38% menjadi Rp9,05 triliun dari Rp11,81 triliun pada pekan sebelumnya. Rata-rata volume transaksi harian Bursa mengalami perubahan sebesar 29,03% menjadi 17,04 miliar lembar saham dari 24 miliar lembar saham pada sepekan yang lalu. Investor asing pada hari ini mencatatkan nilai jual bersih sebesar Rp540,54 miliar, dan sepanjang tahun 2023 investor asing telah mencatatkan nilai jual bersih sebesar Rp11,61 triliun.
