Jakarta, Januari 2024 – Selama sepekan terdapat pencatatan 1 obligasi, 1 surat berharga perpetual, 6 saham, dan 3 waran di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Pada Senin (8/1), PT Citra Nusantara Gemilang Tbk (CGAS) resmi mencatatkan sahamnya di Papan Pengembangan BEI dan menjadi perusahaan ke-2 yang tercatat di BEI pada tahun 2024. CGAS yang bergerak pada sektor Energi dengan sub industri Penyimpanan & Distribusi Minyak & Gas turut mencatatkan Warran I dengan kode CGAS-W. Kemudian pada Selasa (9/1), PT Adhi Kartiko Pratama Tbk (NICE) mencatatkan sahamnya di Papan Pengembangan BEI. NICE menjadi perusahaan ke-3 yang tercatat di BEI pada tahun 2024. Obligasi diterbitkan dengan nominal Rp1.000.000.000.000,00 serta PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk yang bertindak sebagai Wali Amanat. Selain itu, Surat Berharga Perpetual Berwawasan Lingkungan Indonesia Infrastructure Finance Tahun 2023 (IIFFPBGN) yang diterbitkan oleh PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance juga dicatatkan di BEI. Surat berharga perpetual ini dicatatkan dengan nilai Rp335.190.000.000,00 dan PT Bank Mega Tbk bertindak sebagai Wali Amanat. Hasil pemeringkatan dari PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo) untuk obligasi dan surat berharga perpetual adalah idAA (Double A).
Pada hari berikutnya, Kamis (11/1), PT Samcro Hyosung Adilestari Tbk (ACRO) dan PT Manggung Polahraya Tbk (MANG) resmi mencatatkan saham dan warannya di BEI. ACRO mencatatkan sahamnya di Papan Pengembangan BEI dan menjadi perusahaan ke-6 yang tercatat di BEI pada tahun 2024. ACRO bergerak pada sektor Barang Konsumen Non-Primer dengan sub industri Tekstil. ACRO turut mencatatkan Warran I dengan kode ACRO-W. Sementara itu, MANG mencatatan sahamnya di Papan Akselerasi BEI. MANG menjadi perusahaan ke-7 yang tercatat di BEI pada tahun 2024. MANG yang bergerak pada sektor Infrastruktur dengan sub industri Konstruksi Bangunan juga mencatatkan Warran I dengan kode MANG-W.
Total emisi obligasi dan sukuk yang tercatat pada tahun 2024 adalah 3 emisi dari 2 emiten senilai Rp3,56 triliun. Total emisi obligasi dan sukuk yang tercatat di BEI berjumlah 544 emisi dari 127 emiten dengan outstanding Rp459,35 triliun dan USD32,362 juta. Surat Berharga Negara (SBN) tercatat di BEI berjumlah 186 seri dengan nilai Rp5.726,74 triliun dan USD502,10 juta. Efek Beragun Aset (EBA) sebanyak 10 emisi senilai Rp3,25 triliun.
Data perdagangan saham BEI selama periode tanggal 8 sampai dengan 12 Januari 2024 masih ditutup pada zona positif. Peningkatan tertinggi dalam sepekan terjadi pada rata-rata nilai transaksi harian saham yang mengalami peningkatan sebesar 17,20% menjadi Rp9,78 triliun dari 8,34 triliun pada sepekan yang lalu. Peningkatan turut terjadi pada rata-rata frekuensi transaksi harian saham sebesar 5,23% menjadi 1.214.622 kali transaksi dari 1.154.208 kali transaksi pada sepekan lalu. Rata-rata volume transaksi harian saham mengalami peningkatan sebesar 3,26% selama sepekan, menjadi 16,81 miliar lembar saham dari 16,28 miliar lembar saham. Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) penutupan pekan ini mengalami perubahan sebesar 1,49% menjadi berada pada posisi 7.241,138 dari 7.350,619 pada penutupan pekan lalu. Kapitalisasi pasar Bursa sepekan ini mengalami perubahan sebesar 3,63%, dari Rp11.780,02 triliun pada sepekan sebelumnya menjadi Rp11.352,54 triliun. Investor asing pada hari ini mencatatkan nilai beli bersih sebesar Rp1,12 triliun dan sepanjang tahun 2024 investor asing telah mencatatkan nilai beli bersih sebesar Rp6,07 triliun.
