PT Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) X . Salah satunya melalui kegiatan pembinaan mental dan peningkatan komitmen karyawan PTPN X. Kali ini agenda rutin PTPN X tersebut diberikan untuk tenaga Pelaksana Kebun Tembakau Jember dan Klaten PTPN X (11-13 Januari 2023). Pada kegiatan tersebut PTPN X bekerjasama dengan Yonif 509 Jember. Acara dibuka secara langsung oleh Direktur PTPN X, Tuhu Bangun.

Sebanyak 150 orang karyawan pelaksana dari kebun tembakau PTPN X yang tersebar di Jember dan Klaten mendapatkan materi dalam bentuk pelatihan Indoor dan Outdoor di wilayah Yonif 509 Jember.
