Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Jember menyerahkan sertifikat tanah aset PTPN X untuk peningkatan produktivitas tebu nasional. Acara disaksikan Bupati dan Forkopimda Jember di pendopo Wahyawibawagraha, Selasa (11/4/2023).
“Semoga agenda penyerahan sertifikat tanah aset PTPN X ini membawa hasil maksimal dan bermanfaat bagi kita semua. Total ada 32 bidang tanah aset PTPN X yang disertifikasi dan diserahkan secara simbolis pada hari ini,” ungkap Tuhu Bangun, Direktur PTPN X.
Ditambahkan Tuhu Bangun, Presiden Jokowi meminta PTPN X untuk mengindahkan isu pangan dan energi yang memprihatinkan. Sebagaimana program-program strategis nasional, PTPN X memiliki amanah untuk konsentrasi dalam penanganan swasembada gula.
“PTPN X memiliki MoU dengan Polri, Kejari, BPKP untuk komitmen mensukseskan program sasaran pemerintah. Ada 3 sub holding dibawah kementerian, yakni penanganan pabrik gula, minyak sawit dan koordinator bisnis,” jelasnya.
Tuhu menambahkan, PTPN X memiliki HGU dengan luas sekitar 5 ribu hektar, yakni di Kediri, Blitar dan Jember. “Sertifikasi tanah aset PTPN X bertujuan untuk menghindari adanya konflik horisontal antara PTPN X dengan masyarakat,” terangnya.
“Lahan – lahan yang terlalu lama belum tersertifikasi rawan terjadi konflik. Sehingga perlu simbiosis mutualisme dengan persuasif, sehingga tidak terjadi konflik. Insyaallah ada 70 bidang lagi tanah aset PTPN X yang akan disertifikasi di tahun ini,” pungkasnya.
Sementara itu, Bupati Jember Hendy Siswanto mengatakan, kolaborasi PTPN X, XI dan XII dengan APH pusat berdampak signifikan. “Saya mendukung seribu persen program sertifikasi lahan aset untuk menghindari terjadinya konflik dengan masyarakat,” ucapnya.
“Karakteristik tanah di Jember cukup bagus yang menghasilkan “daun emas” yakni tembakau. Sertifikasi tanah aset sangat penting untuk menjaga produktivitas yang dikelola PTPN X,” paparnya.
Hendy juga mengaku bangga dengan adanya sertifikasi tanah aset PTPN X. “Baru sekarang ada penyerahan sertifikat tanah aset PTPN X di Jember,” pungkasnya.
