PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X menggelar Workshop Kehumasan bagi karyawan internal dengan tema “Optimizing Internal Media For Corporate Branding” pada 28-29 Maret 2023 bertempat di hotel Tanjung Paza Tretes kabupaten Pasuruan.Kegiatan ini dilakukan sebagai upaya meningkatkan citra perusahaan di mata stakeholder. Kegiatan yang diikuti oleh 30 peserta ini bertujuan untuk menselaraskan strategi kehumasan PTPN X dalam menghadapi aksi korporasi kedepan .

Selanjutnya sebagai narasumber ketua PWI Jawa timur Luthfi Hakim, Dosen PR Komunikasi Rani Suteja, dan kontenkreator Haikaldamara. Direktur PTPN X Tuhu Bangun dan Sekretaris Perusahaan Aris Handoyo turut mengisi kegiatan workshop.

Dalam kesempatan itu direktur Tuhu Bangun menyampaikan,
“Kedepan perusahaan mampu menghadapi tantangan bisnis yang global bagaimana PTPN bisa tumbuh dan berkembang , bisa bersaing secara global, berkelas dunia sehingga perusahaan dapat memberikan manfaat kepada seluruh stakeholder yang menjadi orientasi pertama. Oleh karenanya dipandang penting untuk mengelola bagaimana corporate image dalam tema Optimizing Internal Media For Corporate Branding,” tuturnya.

“Hari ini sektor yang membawahi kehumasan, Sdm yang memiliki manusianya berkolaborasi untuk melakukan workshop kehumasan,” imbuhnya.

Sementara Sayidatul Ahmad dari puslit gula jengkol menyampaikan, bahwa kegiatan tersebut sangat bermanfaat bagi para karyawan ptpn x terutama yang berada di bidang humas guna untuk menambah wawasan tentang kehumasan. “Sehingga tujuan akhirnya kita bisa bisa mengoptimalisasikan media internal untuk kemuajuan perusahaan PTPN X,” ujarnya.

Secara umum direktur Tuhu Bangun berharap setiap perusahaan maupun anak perusahaan dalam meraih kesuksesan adalah bukan hanya di bidang kinerja oprasional saja , tetapi bagaimana di bagian kehumasan kemampuan pemberian informasi terpenting.
Diharapkan untuk bagian kehumasan PTPN X harus mampu melihat peluang dan kesempatan bisnis ke depan.
