JAKARTA – Transformasi di bidang pembiayaan ultra mikro yang menyasar segmen-segmen usaha rakyat dengan skala di bawah UMKM telah menjadi kontributor penting dalam pemulihan ekonomi dan peningkatan kesejahteraan melalui ekonomi kerakyatan.
Kehadiran Holding Ultra Mikro dengan kebermanfaatan yang telah dirasakan segmen usaha ini menjadi bukti keberhasilan transformasi yang dilakukan.
Terkait dengan hal tersebut, Menteri BUMN RI Erick Thohir mengungkapkan bahwa kehadiran holding ultra mikro menjadi bukti nyata keberpihakan BUMN terhadap Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) termasuk segmen ultra mikro.
Terobosan ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan akselerasi dalam pengembangan UMKM di seluruh Indonesia.
“BRI sebagai induk holding bersama PNM dan Pegadaian yang tergabung dalam holding ultra mikro ini sudah menjadi ekosistem luar biasa untuk memajukan UMKM kita,” ujar Erick (7/10/2023).
Hal senada juga diungkapkan oleh Direktur Utama BRI Sunarso, bahwa BRI sebagai induk dari Holding Ultra Mikro (UMi), terus menjalankan transformasi sebagai milestone penting dalam pengembangan segmen UMKM, utamanya usaha ultra mikro di Indonesia.
Usaha ultra mikro, yang sebelumnya sulit mendapatkan akses pembiayaan formal karena tidak bankable, dengan kehadiran holding yang terdiri dari BRI, PNM, dan Pegadaian, mendapatkan akses yang jauh lebih mudah terhadap pembiayaan untuk memutar roda usaha mereka.
Pembentukan Holding UMi, lanjut Sunarso, dilakukan untuk mengintegrasikan perusahaan-perusahaan BUMN yang fokus pelayanan kepada segmen mikro dan ultra mikro.
Agar lebih efisien maka menggunakan outlet yang digunakan bersama, produk yang dijual secara cross selling, dan sistem yang digunakan bersama.
“Holdingisasi di bidang ultra mikro merupakan milestone penting dalam pengembangan segmen ultra mikro di Indonesia, dan ini tidak terlepas dari dorongan transformasi yang diinisiasi oleh Kementerian BUMN di bawah kepemimpinan Bapak Erick Thohir,” ujar Sunarso.
Tidak hanya itu, Holding UMi bahkan memberikan pendampingan, pembinaan, peningkatan skill, juga membukakan akses pasar sehingga usaha-usaha mereka bisa naik kelas, semakin berkembang, dan tentunya membawa impak positif untuk kesejahteraan para pelaku usahanya.
Sunarso membeberkan hingga akhir Juni 2023, Holding Ultra Mikro telah melayani 36 juta nasabah kredit mikro dan ultra mikro, dengan total nilai kredit yang disalurkan mencapai Rp577,9 triliun.
Selain pembiayaan, segmen mikro dan ultra mikro juga tercatat menjadi nasabah simpanan dengan jumlah besar yakni hingga Rp309 triliun (hanya di BRI).
Untuk melayani segmen tersebut, baik BRI, PNM dan Pegadaian bersama-sama mengembangkan outlet co-location atau outlet yang dapat digunakan bersama.
Dari sekitar 15.500 outlet yang digunakan untuk melayani nasabah segmen ultra mikro dan mikro, sebanyak 1.013 outlet merupakan outlet co-location.
Tidak tanggung-tanggung, sebanyak lebih dari 76 ribu tenaga kerja yang diberi nama Brigade Madani berasal dari BRI, Pegadaian, dan PNM dikerahkan untuk melayani masyarakat mikro dan ultramikro.
“Hasil daripada pembentukan Holding Ultra Mikro, saya kira sudah sesuai tujuan dan inline dengan apa yang kita cita-citakan. Kita ingin secara grup, secara konsolidasi melayani masyarakat sebanyak mungkin dengan cara yang seefisien mungkin, dan kemudian pada akhirnya masyarakat mendapatkan layanan dengan biaya yang murah,” ungkap Sunarso.
Menurut Sunarso, Holding UMi merupakan sumber pertumbuhan baru yang sangat memadai. Sebab, sumber pertumbuhan mengarah ke segmen yang lebih bawah.
