Lampung – Wakil Menteri Perdagangan, Jerry Sambuaga melakukan pemantauan stok dan harga barang kebutuhan pokok (bapok) di Pasar Natar, Bandar Lampung, Provinsi Lampung, Sabtu (11 Nov).
Pada kunjungan ini, Wamendag Jerry berdialog langsung dengan para pedagang terkait stok dan perkembangan harga bapok.
Wamendag mengatakan bahwa pemantauan dilakukan guna memastikan stabilitas harga dan mengecek ketersediaan bapok di pihak pedagang maupun distributor. Kunjungan ini juga untuk mengantisipasi terjadinya kenaikan harga bapok menjelang Tahun Baru 2024.
Dari hasil pemantauan yang dilakukan hari ini, harga beberapa komoditas seperti minyak goreng, bawang merah, bawang putih, telur ayam, beras, dan daging masih wajar dan relatif stabil tanpa adanya kenaikan. Stok bapok juga aman, baik di tingkat pedagang maupun distributor.
Wamendag Jerry berharap, ketersediaan dan harga bapok yang relatif stabil ini bisa memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat menjelang Tahun Baru 2024. Wamendag mengapresiasi langkah yang dilakukan Pemerintah Provinsi Lampung dalam menjaga stabilisasi harga dan ketersediaan bapok.
Turut hadir pada kunjungan ini Anggota Komisi VI DPR RI, Ahmad Muzani dan Wali Kota Surakarta, Gibran Rakabuming Raka.
