Kutai Timur – PT Indexim Coalindo melalui Program Pengembangan dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (PPM) bersama-sama Pemerintah Desa Kaliorang, Kecamatan Kaliorang, Kutai Timur, melakukan perbaikan di ruas Jalan Golo.

Jalan Golo merupakan salah satu ruas jalan di area sentra perkebunan pisang dan merupakan akses penghubung dengan wilayah Pelabuhan Internasional KIPI Maloy yang letaknya masih dalam lingkup wilayah Desa Kaliorang. Jalan ini merupakan jalan pintas yang biasa dilalui masyarakat untuk kegiatan ekonomi produktifnya seperti berkebun atau mengirimkan hasil bumi ke lokasi pasar atau pelabuhan.

Kepala Desa Kaliorang, Nasrul Abdal Fatwa mengatakan, keberadaan infrastruktur yang baik guna mendukung aksesibilitas transportasi publik selalu menjadi perhatian. Oleh sebab itu, pihaknya sangat mengapresiasi dan berterima kasih atas program peningkatan jalan yang digagas PT Indexim Coalindo.
