Menurutnya hal tersebut didasarkan kepada potensi Supporting Co yang akan mengelola seluruh kegiatan pemanfaatan aset perkebunan melalui optimalisasi aset serta pengelolaan tanaman perkebunan, diversifikasi usaha, dan inisiatif lain yang mampu memberikan nilai tambah bagi perusahaan, seperti green business. Capaian positif anak perusahaan PTPN pembentuk Supporting Co berturut-turut terlihat mulai dari prestasi PTPN II Medan di Liga PTPN Award beberapa waktu lalu. PTPN II menjadi juara ke-3 perusahaan yang menerapkan Investasi On Farm Kelapa Sawit Terbaik. PTPN II dinilai berhasil mencapai persentase luas dan waktu penyelesaian tanaman tahun ini. Sementara itu, masih dalam kompetisi yang sama, PTPN VII di Sumatera Selatan dan Lampung bahkan mampu memenangkan lebih dari satu penghargaan.
