Sabtu (1/4), Koordinator Wilayah TS Cluster Delta PT Perkebunan Nusantara X (PTPN X), Sugiharto Bisri. melakukan kunjungan ke kebun TSS IPL I MT 2023/2024 Sugihwaras, Kecamatan Diwek, Kabupaten Jombang. Kunjungan ini bertujuan untuk meninjau progress pekerjaan di kebun sebagai upaya persiapan PTPN X dalam menyambut Musim Giling Tahun 2023.
Kebun TSS I Sugihwaras termasuk salah satu kebun yang paling awal dalam penyelesaian tanam. Dengan tanam lebih awal dan masuk dalam masa tanam optimal, diharapkan kebun tersebut akan tumbuh proporsional dan menjadikan produktivitas yang tinggi. Dari data yang ada, wilayah Kecamatan Diwek memang memiliki produktivitas yang unggul di wilayah kerja PTPN X, bahkan pada tahun 2022 asman wilayah tersebut berhasil mendapatkan penghargaan (ranking 1) untuk produktivitas kebun TS IPL di seluruh wilayah kerja PTPN X.
Dalam arahannya, Sugiharto Bisri menyampaikan agar semua jajaran di wilayah tetap berinovasi dan melakukan terobosan-terobosan untuk tetap mempertahankan kinerja yang baik di lingkungan PTPN X. Sehingga TS Cluster Delta dapat memberikan kontribusi optimal untuk kinerja PTPN X secara keseluruhan.
