“Kita menginvestasikan sumber dayanya itu kepada sumber daya manusia. Kepada atletnya, kepada pelatihnya. Jadi memang tidak gampang mengurusi satu-dua orang. Ini bukan lagi mengurusi satu-dua orang, tetapi kalau sepak bola itu kurang lebih ada 50 orang,” beber Raffi.

“Belum lagi sama yang lain-lainnya, apalagi ditambah sama pemain ke-12, sama fans-nya,” sambungnya.

Raffi menyadari dirinya masih pemain baru dalam industri olahraga. Karenanya dia masih banyak belajar kepada para senior, termasuk salah satunya Menpora Dito.

“Saya belajar sama Mas Menpora. Beliau yang ajari saya terus,” kata pemilik klub sepak bola RANS Nusantara FC ini.

Meski tak mudah, Raffi mengaku tidak akan menyerah dalam mempromosikan olahraga. Baik melalui kepemilikan pada klub-klub olahraga maupun dalam kegiatan-kegiatan sports entertainment yang terus digalakkannya.

Pemilik RANS Entertainment itu melihat ada potensi hiburan dalam olahraga. Kata Raffi, apapun olahraganya bila dikemas dengan sebuah entertainment, akan menjadi kolaborasi yang sangat bagus. Khususnya dalam mengembangkan olahraga tersebut lebih luas di tanah air.
