Jakarta – Lembaga Dana Moneter Internasional atau The International Monetary Fund (IMF) memprediksi pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia akan stabil di angka 5% untuk tahun ini sampai 2024. Hal tersebut adalah kabar baik mengingat IMF mengatakan pertumbuhan ekonomi global melambat di angka 2,9% tahun depan.
Dalam laporan bertajuk “World Economic Outlook: Navigating Global Divergences” yang dirilis Rabu, (11/10/2023), IMF awalnya mengumumkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi negara maju akan lebih lambat dibanding negara berkembang. Untuk negara maju, jumlah pertumbuhan ekonomi diperkirakan berada di angka 1,5% pada 2023 dan menjadi 1,4% pada 2024.

Sementara negara berkembang (emerging market & developing countries), berada di angka 4,0 % (2023) dan turun 0,1% menjadi 3,0% pada 2024. “Mengingat sedang terjadi krisis di sektor properti China,” tulis IMF.

Untuk Indonesia, IMF pun memprediksi bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi yang terlihat dari kinerja Gross Domestic Product (GDP) atau pendapatan produk domestik bruto riil bertengger di angka 5% pada 2023 sampai 2024.

Proyeksi pun tidak berubah jika dibandingkan dengan laporan World Economy Outlook yang dikeluarkan IMF sebelumnya. “Data diambil dari fiscal years (asumsi kebijakan fiskal pemerintah),” tulis IMF.

Untuk Indonesia, IMF pun memprediksi bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi yang terlihat dari kinerja Gross Domestic Product (GDP) atau pendapatan produk domestik bruto riil bertengger di angka 5% pada 2023 sampai 2024.
