Rapat evaluasi dan perencanaan juga dilakukan guna memperkuat kinerja Regional V dan mencapai tujuan perusahaan secara keseluruhan.
Sebelumnya, Holding Perkebunan Nusantara PTPN III (Persero) secara resmi mengumumkan penggabungan 13 perusahaan di bawah Holding Perkebunan Nusantara, menjadi dua Sub Holding, yakni PalmCo dan SupportingCo, pada Jumat, 1 Desember 2023.
Atas penggabungan tersebut, Indonesia kini memiliki perusahaan sawit terbesar di dunia dan perusahaan pengelola aset perkebunan terbesar.
Berdasarkan keterangan resmi, PalmCo dibentuk melalui penggabungan PT Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) V, VI dan XIII ke dalam PTPN IV sebagai surviving entity dan pemisahan tidak murni PTPN III (Persero) ke dalam PTPN IV.
