Pontianak – Jajaran Direksi PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV (PTPN IV), Direktur Utama PTPN IV Jatmiko Krisna Santosa dan Direktur Hubungan Kelembagaan PTPN IV Irwan Perangin Angin melakukan kunjungan perdana ke PTPN IV Regional V (Ex PTPN XIII) pada Rabu, 13 Desember 2023.
Kunjungan ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan strategi bersama guna meningkatkan kinerja dan kontribusi perusahaan di Regional V PTPN IV serta memperkuat hubungan antara Direksi dan Regional.
Direksi PTPN IV menyampaikan secara langsung program dan kebijakan baru yang akan diimplementasikan oleh perusahaan di Regional V, mencakup strategi pengembangan, inovasi, dan rencana investasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional serta kontribusi keberlanjutan. Rapat evaluasi dan perencanaan juga dilakukan guna memperkuat kinerja Regional V dan mencapai tujuan perusahaan secara keseluruhan.
Sebelumnya, Holding Perkebunan Nusantara PTPN III (Persero) secara resmi mengumumkan penggabungan 13 perusahaan di bawah Holding Perkebunan Nusantara, menjadi dua Sub Holding, yakni PalmCo dan SupportingCo, pada Jumat, 1 Desember 2023.
Atas penggabungan tersebut, Indonesia kini memiliki perusahaan sawit terbesar di dunia dan perusahaan pengelola aset perkebunan terbesar.
Berdasarkan keterangan resmi, PalmCo dibentuk melalui penggabungan PT Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) V, VI dan XIII ke dalam PTPN IV sebagai surviving entity dan pemisahan tidak murni PTPN III (Persero) ke dalam PTPN IV.
