Jakarta, Oktober 2023. Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) menginformasikan bahwa pada tanggal 2 Oktober 2023, telah terjadi gangguan yang menyebabkan tidak dapat diaksesnya beberapa layanan sistem informasi OJK.
Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, OJK telah melakukan langkah-langkah penanganan atas gangguan tersebut dan mengupayakan pemulihan layanan sistem informasi dapat dilakukan dengan secepatnya.
Saat ini, telah terdapat beberapa aplikasi yang mulai dapat diakses kembali, antara lain Website OJK, Aplikasi Portal Perlindungan Konsumen (APPK), dan iDebku. Untuk aplikasi lainnya dalam proses pemulihan secara bertahap dan perkembangannya akan disampaikan lebih lanjut.
OJK memahami ketidaknyamanan yang dirasakan masyarakat dan berkomitmen untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas seluruh layanannya, termasuk layanan sistem informasi.
