Kejar Target Penurunan Stunting, Wapres Canangkan Gerakan Bersama Entaskan Stunting (BERES)

Jakarta – Target penurunan prevalensi stunting ke angka 14 persen di tahun 2024 terus dikejar oleh pemerintah melalui berbagai upaya, mulai dari penajaman, perbaikan cakupan dan kualitas intervensi spesifik dan sensitif, hingga perbaikan sistem pendataan dan pelaporan.

Pemerintah juga memastikan keterlibatan aktif berbagai lembaga non-pemerintah, seperti dunia usaha, perguruan tinggi, organisasi profesi, lembaga filantropi, mitra pembangunan, dan lembaga swadaya masyarakat.

Gerakan Bersama Entaskan Stunting (BERES) yang diinisiasi oleh Kamar Dagang dan Industri (Kadin) Indonesia bersama Kelompok Kompas-Gramedia patut diapresiasi.

“Saya memberikan apresiasi kepada KADIN dan Kelompok Kompas-Gramedia atas komitmennya untuk terlibat aktif dalam percepatan penurunan stunting melalui Gerakan BERES,” ungkap Wakil Presiden (Wapres) K.H. Ma’ruf Amin dalam sambutannya saat mencanangkan inisiatif gotong royong untuk pengentasan stunting dan kemiskinan ekstrem, di Studio 1 Kompas TV, Menara Kompas, Jalan Palmerah Selatan Nomor 21, Jakarta Pusat, Kamis (26/10/2023).

Lebih jauh, ia memaparkan lima langkah strategis untuk keberlanjutan gerakan dimaksud. Pertama, program ini mesti melengkapi apa yang sedang dijalankan pemerintah.

“Koordinasikan secara intensif dengan kementerian/lembaga teknis dan pemerintah daerah untuk menghindari tumpang-tindih antarprogram,” ajak Wapres.

Kedua, tambahnya, program harus dilaksanakan di lokasi prioritas yang tinggi prevalensi stunting atau jumlah anak stunting, agar dapat membantu menurunkan prevalensi secara signifikan dan tepat sasaran.

“Ketiga, program berbentuk aksi nyata yang menyasar langsung pada kelompok sasaran prioritas, sehingga manfaatnya dirasakan langsung oleh kelompok tersebut,” pinta Wapres.

Keempat, ia meminta, penerima manfaat dan pelaku di tingkat masyarakat agar ditempatkan sebagai pelaku utama pelaksanaan program.

“Libatkan mereka dalam setiap tahapan pelaksanaan, sehingga muncul rasa memiliki dan kebanggaan dari masyarakat,” ucap Wapres.

Kelima, lanjutnya, strategi keberlanjutan mesti disusun sejak awal pelaksanaan program sehingga masyarakat bersama pemerintah daerah dapat melanjutkan inisiatif yang baik ini.

Melalui strategi ini, Wapres berharap, semua program dan kerja sama yang terjalin akan terlaksana secara efektif, tepat sasaran, dan berkelanjutan demi mewujudkan sumber daya manusia Indonesia yang unggul.

“Mari terus lanjutkan sinergi untuk menurunkan prevalensi, menciptakan generasi emas 2045, dan wujudkan Indonesia bebas stunting,” tutupnya.

Senada dengan Wapres, Menteri Kesehatan Budi Gunadi Sadikin mengemukakan, diperlukan gerakan bersama dari segenap komponen bangsa untuk mengatasi permasalahan kesehatan dan juga mencegah terjadinya stunting dalam kerangka menyongsong bonus demografi 2030.

“Masalah kesehatan sebesar stunting ini di seluruh Indonesia nggak mungkin bisa diselesaikan dengan pendekatan program pemerintah. Ini harus membangun gerakan yang dimiliki oleh seluruh komponen bangsa,” ujar Budi.

Sebelumnya, Plh. Ketua Kadin Indonesia Yukki Nugrahawan Hanafi menyatakan komitmen organisasi Kadin dalam mendukung kerja prioritas pemerintah, salah satunya, pencegahan dan penanganan stunting demi meningkatkan produktivitas dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Yukki menjelaskan, gerakan ini dicanangkan pada bulan Oktober dengan alasan mendasar untuk mengingatkan bangsa Indonesia pada semangat Hari Sumpah Pemuda sebagai tonggak penting sejarah Indonesia.

“Marwah, semangat, motivasi inilah yang kami coba bangkitkan kembali pada seluruh generasi muda bangsa. Kami mengajak para pemuda yang saya cintai dan banggakan untuk berjuang memerangi kebodohan dan kemiskinan,” katanya.

Hadir dalam kesempatan ini, Kepala Badan Pembinaan Ideologi Pancasila (BPIP) Yudian Wahyudi, CEO Kompas Gramedia Lilik Oetama, CEO Andy Budiman Kumala KG Media Indonesia, segenap jajaran pengurus Kadin Indonesia, serta perwakilan dari unsur kementerian/lembaga ataupun dunia swasta.

Sementara, Wapres didampingi oleh Kepala Sekretariat Wapres Ahmad Erani Yustika, Deputi Bidang Dukungan Kebijakan Pembangunan Manusia dan Pemerataan Pembangunan Suprayoga Hadi, Staf Khusus Wapres Bidang Komunikasi dan Informasi Masduki Baidlowi, dan Staf Khusus Wapres Bidang Reformasi Birokrasi Mohamad Nasir.
