Acara yang dihadiri oleh SEVP Bussines Support PTPN X, Benny Sandjaya, Kepala Bagian Operasional PTPN X Febri Ari Marpaung, General Manager dari masing-masing Pabrik Gula serta Koordinator TS Wilayah Delta dan Dhoho.
Dengan terbentuknya SugarCo yakni PT Sinergi Gula Nusantara yang merupakan amanah dari Kementerian BUMN, pengelolaan On Farm yang semula berada dibawah naungan pabrik gula di serah terimakan kepada Koordinator TS Wilayah Delta dan Dhoho.
Untuk Koordinator TS Wilayah Delta sendiri dipimpin oleh Sugiharto Bisri dan Wilayah Dhoho dipimpin oleh Ramlan Sinaga. Kegiatan ini merupakan bentuk sinergi PT SGN dan PTPN X.
